The MacroMedics® Pelvic Prone Board is an anatomically shaped prone positioning device for patients undergoing treatment in the pelvic region. It offers a patient friendly, comfortable design. The indexed Pron Pillo helps to further increase patient support and set-up reproducibility.

The Pelvic Prone Board is lightweight, rigid and indexable. The region of interest (R.O.I.) consists of a specifically designed low attenuation carbon fiber sandwich construction with optimized dosimetric properties to allow ‘arc’ techniques.

The MacroMedics® Lower Extremity Positioning System LEPS is a modular solution that offers various adjustment possibilities to adjust the product to the patient and support comfortable positioning for the pelvic region and the lower extremities.

The system consists of a lightweight baseplate with coated KneeSupport, foam LiftBlock and a FeetSupport which is available in one fixed position or adjustable in various angles. The system can be upgraded with an optional shoulder retractor.

The Macromedics Indexable KneeSupport cushion aids in patient reproducibility in the supine position, regardless of the target area. It is indexable to the couchtop, aiding in sup-inf setup reproducibility. Also, it promotes patient comfort and is therefore ideal to deter patient movement during treatment.

The KneeSupport 3 is available in coated, closed cell foam or plastic, and LiftBlock risers are available for taller patients.

The Macromedics FeetSupport is a patient support cushion for radiotherapy and diagnostic procedures and has been designed to provide comfortable, reproducible positioning with enhanced immobilization. The Macromedics FeetSupport aids in comfortably and consistently positioning the patient’s feet, aiding in the reproducibility of the primary region of interest.
